CepLife

A custom e-commerce system built as an alternative to marketplace commissions, unifying sales, variants, stock, shipping, media, customers, and print operations in a single product.

01 / Problem

What needed solving?

Berkay GSM wanted to break free from marketplace commissions and return policies. That called for more than just a storefront — a product that replicated the operational conveniences of marketplaces in its own system, from stock management to shipping and order printouts.

02 / Approach

Building the product as a whole.

I built a three-parameter variant and stock engine, a three-level category tree, automated SEO, custom MNG/DHL shipping integrations, and a VPS media pipeline from scratch. I also created a standalone Windows printer worker that connects orders to the physical store.

    Commerce core

    Product, category, variant, stock, order, and user management on Next.js and MongoDB.

    External operations

    Custom API integrations with Paynet payments and MNG/DHL shipping services.

    Store worker

    A Node.js-based standalone Windows printer worker that produces two different printouts the moment an order comes in.

    Media delivery

    A custom optimization algorithm, VPS storage, and an Nginx and Cloudflare delivery layer.

Result

What changed?

After the custom e-commerce system went live, the business's revenue grew roughly 20x. Daily sales and store operations were consolidated into a single management area.
