01 / Problem

What needed solving?

The company's existing site was fast and visually polished, but its WordPress panel was unmanageable for a non-technical team. Every content update meant navigating warnings and convoluted menus, forcing constant reliance on outside support.

02 / Approach

Building the product as a whole.

I built a clean custom panel that manages content and SEO fields in a single flow. I stored the 4K hero media on a VPS and cached it through Cloudflare, and on mobile I optimized frame rate and media behavior to match device conditions.
