01 / Problem

What needed solving?

The real estate experience in Kütahya was scattered across national portals and lacked local data. Buyers, sellers, and agents needed a local product that could bring them together around regional insight.

02 / Approach

Building the product as a whole.

While BahaLabs handled business development and client relations, I built the entire product: UI/UX, web, backend, database, mobile client, and production infrastructure. I built two identity models for web and mobile on top of shared business rules.

03 / Technical architecture

The system's layers

    Shared product core

    Web and mobile share the same Next.js API, Prisma business rules, and PostgreSQL data.

  2. 02

    Dual authentication

    Separate cookie silos for the web; Bearer JWT with SecureStore for the React Native client.

  3. 03

    Media pipeline

    Media processed with Sharp and FFmpeg, served through a VPS, Nginx, and Cloudflare.

  4. 04

    Mobile client

    An Expo and NativeWind client that extends the shared product ecosystem to native maps and device flows.

Result

What changed?

The core flows for buyer, seller, agent, and admin roles are live on the web platform. The mobile client extends the product experience beyond the web with the same data and business rules.
