- Role
- Technical Product Owner & Solo Developer
- Period
- June 2026 — Ongoing
- Focus
- Keeping the BullMQ media worker and the Next.js ISR cache consistent with each other, and keeping the cinematic design easy to understand for users of all ages.
01 / Problem
What needed solving?
Local farmland and plot listings were scattered across different channels, hard to verify, and lacked a standard information structure. Critical details such as price, zoning, title deed, road access, water, and electricity were not presented consistently.
02 / Approach
Building the product as a whole.
While BahaLabs handled the product's local positioning, I built all of the software, design, and infrastructure. Instead of publishing listings directly, I structured them around an application, team review, photo shoot, and approval lifecycle.
