A web platform that unifies land buying and selling in Kütahya through team moderation, structured listing data, advanced filtering, and map-based discovery by drawing custom regions.

Focus
Keeping the BullMQ media worker and the Next.js ISR cache consistent with each other, and keeping the cinematic design easy to understand for users of all ages.

01 / Problem

What needed solving?

Local farmland and plot listings were scattered across different channels, hard to verify, and lacked a standard information structure. Critical details such as price, zoning, title deed, road access, water, and electricity were not presented consistently.

02 / Approach

Building the product as a whole.

While BahaLabs handled the product's local positioning, I built all of the software, design, and infrastructure. Instead of publishing listings directly, I structured them around an application, team review, photo shoot, and approval lifecycle.

    Server-side filters, facet counters, ISR, and map discovery via polygon drawing.

    Moderated marketplace

    A team-approved listing lifecycle running from application through photo shoot to publication.

    A BullMQ worker running Sharp and FFmpeg jobs, with targeted cache revalidation.

  4. 04

    Production stack

    A Docker deployment composed of the Next.js app, worker, PostgreSQL, and Redis services.

Result

What changed?

An end-to-end working demo covering listing applications, moderation, search, maps, messaging, notifications, and media processing. Despite its motion-rich design, the interface was built to stay simple for users of all ages.
