Gym Management Platform
Fitness Paneli
A management system that brings gym operations, trainer workflows, and members' personal progress experience together in independent, per-business deployments.
- Role
- Product Owner & Solo Developer
- Period
- May 2026 — Ongoing
- Focus
- Turning member data into personal progress charts to reduce the trainer's manual tracking workload.
01 / Problem
What needed solving?
Gyms ran memberships, payments, attendance, classes, appointments, and training workflows through separate tools or manual records, and progress tracking was left largely to the trainer's personal effort.
02 / Approach
Building the product as a whole.
I designed a shared product infrastructure that every gym runs independently with its own domain, branding, application, and database. I built a progress system where members log their measurements and photos, and trainers interpret them through charts.
03 / Technical architecture
The system's layers

An analytics layer that merges measurements, photos, workouts, and trainer feedback into a single timeline.
