What needed solving?

Garden Otel's reservation, customer, operations, and finance processes were scattered across disconnected, high-cost systems. Day-to-day work needed to be managed in a single data flow.

Building the product as a whole.

I turned the hotel team's needs into product flows, designing the public booking experience and role-based operations panels from scratch. While the system was shaped around Garden Otel, it was built to be adaptable to other hospitality businesses.

What changed?

The system is live, bringing reservations, customers, check-in, government reporting, room operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and finance together in a single product. The architecture was built to be adaptable to other hotels.
