Hospitality Management Platform
Garden Otel Operasyon Sistemi
A system that unifies hotel operations on a single platform — from reservations and check-in to rooms, staff, housekeeping, accounting, and official guest reporting.
- Role
- Solo Product Developer
- Period
- May 2026 — September 2026
- Focus
- Modeling reservation, official guest reporting (KBS), payment, room, and staff processes as a single fault-tolerant operations lifecycle.
01 / Problem
What needed solving?
Garden Otel's reservation, customer, operations, and finance processes were scattered across disconnected, high-cost systems. Day-to-day work needed to be managed in a single data flow.
02 / Approach
Building the product as a whole.
I turned the hotel team's needs into product flows, designing the public booking experience and role-based operations panels from scratch. While the system was shaped around Garden Otel, it was built to be adaptable to other hospitality businesses.
